[jifty-devel] CompressedCSSandJS fails under FastCGI

I think this is because Jifty::Plugin::CompressedCSSandJS::Dispatcher  
is now removed from the distribution ,and you have an old installed  
file under your site lib.... try remove it and see if it works.
