[jifty-devel] Heads up! Template::Declare absolute path changes

I've just fixed a longstanding bug in Template::Declare.

show 'foo' used to show /foo, rather than 'foo' in the current  
hierarchy level.

I've fixed T::D, thanks to a patch from trs.  I've updated Jifty  
based on the patch.
