I'm running on ActivePerl 5.8.7 and it surely seems to run
if I force-install. Yes, I can see a pony. But it still won't
pass several tests.

For example, Test::HTTP::Server::Simple won't run properly
as ActivePerl doesn't support USR1 signal.

And Jifty::Script::Schema doesn't work properly. It seems to
return wrongly while 'eval'ing in $self->probe_database_existence(),
and fails to manage_database_existence(), thus testdb won't
be deleted and test suites complain about it. (As of now,
I'm not sure why this happens.)

While jifty server runs, it warns "Attempt to free unreferenced
scalar" by YAML::Dumper.

By the way, I patched File::ShareDir that also failed to pass
a test on Win32. Now almost all Jifty dependencies (except
for Test::HTTP::Server::Simple and HTTP::Server::Simple::Recorder
that requires Test::HTTP::Server::Simple (to pass tests only?) )
works fine on Win32, at least for me.
