[jifty-devel] omission in Makefile.PL

Hi

I svn'd the latest on trunk today from the repos and went to build it.

Everything was OK except a single make test failure caused by the following
line missing in Makefile.PL

requires('encoding');

do you have any kind of tracker for stuff like this? do you you even want
to be told (I guess you'd have found it pretty quick as soon as soon as you
tried to update ...)
