[jifty-devel] win32 - attempt to install on camelpack

The following link is my notes from trying to install Jifty on win32 
with the camelpack perl.

At the moment, it hangs on Test::HTTP::Server::Simple.  I'm out of 
time/patience at the moment, so I'm posting the notes in case someone 
with more win32-fu than myself finds it useful.
