Log:
On MSIE, an IFRAME is to put shim, but it comes with
src="javascript:false". On some version of IE it shows an literal
"false" on screen. Use about:blank instead.

Also, fine-tune the width and height to perfectly match helper's
dimension. The old code didn't calculate the dimension correctly.
