[jifty-devel] Again: SVN or CPAN for new development

Hi all,
I've been sidetracked with the  arduous task of changing continents and
climbing way, way up the expenses tree.  It's been hectic.  Now I am
"enjoying" a canadian winter at home as opposed to "enduring" the tropical
heat.

So, i've been out of touch with things with this project, but i have the
same question.. if  i plan on starting development next weekend, should i be
using CPAN or the SVN update... i guess what i am asking is HEAD always in a
usable state?
