Looks like the logout template got lost from the latest Jifty package on CPAN:

cpan> look Jifty
[...]
# cd plugins/Login
# perl Makefile.PL
Checking if your kit is complete...
Warning: the following files are missing in your kit:
        share/web/templates/logout
Please inform the author.
