[jifty-devel] mysql default values

I'm just getting started with Jifty.  I went through the tutorial  
successfully, then changed config.yml to use my MySQL server.  jifty  
schema --setup failed because apparently MySQL doesn't like default  
values specified for TEXT columns.

I'd like to patch this behavior, but I don't know which way to head.
