[jifty-devel] Jifty::Manual::Tutorial download "link"

[Grant Grueninger]

The download dist shows up as a highlighted link on CPAN, but goes to  
a dead page. Might be a dead symlink, or do you want to send them to  
the download dir? (Patch below is for the latter)
