[jifty-devel] May I use your advice Ishigaki?

For the Windows users, I'm going to jot down hopefully a brief steps of
following the Jifty dev onto the Jifty homepage.

Because I just know few things about the PPM and the Windows platform, it's
really hard for me to give most accurate and reliable information to the
world.

I think Ishigaki knows well about them, and most importantly he's doing
packaging,  so that I want to use information from the emails.

It will be OK?
