[jifty-devel] Added Test::MockModule and Test::MockObject as Jifty dependencies

Hello,

I've just committed r2261 which added two more dependencies
(Test::MockModule and Test::MockObject) to Jifty's Makefile.PL in
order to ease unit testing in Jifty. CPAN tester results have shown
that these two modules work great on many platforms including Win32.
Not sure if it's worth making them optional though. Feedback welcome.
