[jifty-devel] One failing test on Win32

Hi, there~

I've noticed that Jifty's svn head has one and only one failing test
on Win32 for days:

t/01-dependencies........................ok 1/0

#   in t/01-dependencies.t at line 62.

Argument "3.15_01" isn't numeric in numeric ge (>=) at E:/Perl/site/lib/Module/C

t/01-dependencies........................dubious
        Test returned status 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
DIED. FAILED test 69
        Failed 1/70 tests, 98.57% okay

Sorry, I don't have the tuits to trace this issue down at this moment.
So this is just FYI. :)
