[jifty-devel] Jifty.ppd for Win32 is ready

I uploaded Jifty.ppd for Win32 to my server, based on 0.60722
(CPAN's latest) with a few modifications to exclude THSS.
Though it doesn't install latest dependencies including PerlIO::gzip,
it surely helps to install lots of modules ;)

If you want to install Jifty directly:

  ppm install http://ppm.tcool.org/archives/Jifty.ppd
